Delete Your Account & Data
Delete Specific Data (Keep Your Account)
You can delete specific data from within the app without deleting your account:
- Individual meals: Go to History, tap a meal, then tap Delete from the menu. This removes the meal, its photo, and any synced Health data.
- Saved dishes: Go to Home, long-press a saved dish, then tap Delete.
- Health data: Go to Profile and toggle off Sync Nutrition to Health. Previously synced data can be removed from the Apple Health or Health Connect app directly.
To request deletion of all your meal history, photos, and nutrition data while keeping your account, email
support@carbsequence.com with the subject
"Data Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
Delete Your Account
Warning: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data including
meal history, photos, saved dishes, nutrition data, and profile information will be permanently deleted.
Any synced Health data will also be removed.
Delete from the App
- Open CarbSequence
- Go to the Profile tab
- Scroll to the bottom
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm by tapping Delete Forever
Your account and all associated data will be deleted immediately.
Can't Sign In?
If you are unable to sign in to your account, you can request account deletion by emailing
support@carbsequence.com with the subject
"Account Deletion Request".
Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
